On this chopping board frozen foods defrost up to ten times faster than on conventional surfaces. That’s because the board, with its special sealed surface, is highly conductive to heat and cold. Defrosting is so gentle, yet fast, that no bacteria can form.
Any liquids that escape during defrosting are collected by the practical juice groove. For further processing of the food, simply click the board into to the non-slip base - the new Easy-Click system makes it very easy.
The defrosting board is made of a PTFE-metal alloy. The chopping boards are made of food-grade polypropylene and are gentle on knives. The defrosting board is cleaned with normal detergents and the chopping boards are dishwasher safe.
