Profi Can is the new standard for opening cans without any sharp edges. In the case of this version we are talking about comfort designed for daily use. The handle has inserts made of no-slip plastic which ensure a safe and at the same timecomfortable grip in the palm of the hand.
It is easy to use, cans can be opened without exertion and there are no resulting sharp edges neither on the lid nor on the cutting edge of the can. You have no longer any danger to injure yourself while open a can and afterwards when you handle the can. In addition metals shavings get no longer into the content of the can during the opening procedure. The special trick is the opening of the can works on the outside at the seam. The can opener has no contact with the content thus remains very hygienic.
Once opened, the lid can be replaced to close the can again.
This is particularly of great interest for pet food. By closing the food you can avoid drying out and the development of odours.
The head and the handle are made of food approved plastic and the functioning parts are made out of hardened tool steel.
